- How do I measure my waist?
- Wrap a measuring tape around where you like to wear your underwear. We suggest you wrap the measuring tape around your hip bone while you hold one finger in place to allow for 1-3 cm of room, so the underwear is not too tight.
- Please remember if your underwear is giving you discomfort, measure your waist and get underwear that fit. I can honestly tell you, if you are getting chaffing, you’re wearing underwear that are not protecting your thighs or you are wearing underwear that are too big for you.
- Care Instructions

Garments are Machine washable cold, Do not bleach, Use Non-chorine detergent, Tumble dry low heat or none. Do not iron, Do not dry clean.
- Printed Tag

You may notice a very light colour difference around the care instructions on your garment. PLEASE do not be alarmed or dramatic, as your garments are BRAND SPANKING NEW! They have never been washed. The colour shading will wash out in the garments first wash.

- unwashed
- in original and undamaged packaging
- received by us within 30 days of receipt
